Week - 1 

This week me and my partner decided that we will make a magazine for our project and chose what genre of magazine we will make, it is a fashion magazine. We also did some research in different types of magazine before we finalize that we will make a fashion magazine.

Week - 2 

This week me and my teammate focuses on doing the magazine research and at the end of the week we finalize that we will use luxurious concept with two different edition. We decide to make casual luxurious concept and more creative concept. We also learned some media theories regarding media production and distribution.

Week - 3 

This week we did a movie analysis from a movie titled "Jaws". Today, me and my teammate, Rania, we decided our magazine name which is "RAINE" and the template for our article, spread, cover, and what type of advertisement we will include in our magazine project later on.

Week - 4 

This week me and my teammate have chosen our models for our magazine, we also made cover lines and decided our main cover line, start to make our draft for our article. Furthermore, we also made several names for our magazine name. We also learned a new theory about media regulation.

Week - 5 

This week we have done our article draft and today we made an example for our magazine cover. We also choose some fonts for our masthead. Moreover, we also made 10 coverline ideas and choose our main cover line. We also learned the theory about media industry (vertical & horizontal integration, cross-media convergence, and synergy), furthermore, we also did a research for several case studies about synergy.

Week - 6 

This week we reviewed about media industry and did two essay from the past paper about importance of synergy in marketing and an argument against media ownership. Me and my teammate did some mock for our magazine cover, content page and article layout. By the end of this week we will do our photoshoot and next week we will start focusing in editing and finalizing our article.

Week - 7 

This week we didn't have any project lesson. Me and my team have already done with the photoshoot session and I have start to do the editing process for the magazine cover and ad.

Week - 8 

This week I started to do my critical self-reflection and I'm done with the first question of the critical self-reflection. Today I edited my cover and started to make the layout design for the spread page.

Week - 9 

This week I am already done with my cover and changed my article. I also target to finish my magazine in its entirety this week.

This week I have already finish my magazine and finalize the details of the magazine.

Week - 11 

We got feedback from our teacher to improve/add some elements in certain parts of the magazine including the content pages and improve explanations in critical self-reflection.
